ACL Rehabilitation and Longer-Term Recovery in Shropshire

ACL recovery and longer-term rehabilitation need structure. The exercises that help in the early stage are not the same as the work needed later for strength, control, confidence and return to activity.
Why a package can help
Laura offers multi-session rehabilitation options because some recoveries need review, progression and planning over time. That may suit ACL recovery, ongoing sports injury rehabilitation or longer-term changes in strength and mobility.
What ACL rehab may focus on
Depending on the stage of recovery and any surgical guidance, rehabilitation may include swelling and range review, quadriceps and hamstring strength, hip control, balance, single-leg work, movement quality, landing preparation and gradual return-to-activity planning.
Home-based does not mean basic
A home programme can still be progressive. Sessions can use bodyweight, bands, steps, chairs and any equipment you already have, with clear progression so each stage has a purpose.
