MSK & Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Home visits by a qualified physiotherapist
What we do
We provide expert assessment and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and sports injuries in the comfort of your own home. Our physiotherapists use a combination of manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, and education to help you recover fully and return to the activities you love.
Whether you're dealing with a sudden injury or a long-standing condition that's limiting your movement, we'll develop a personalised treatment plan based on thorough assessment and the latest evidence.
Who it helps
- Sprains, strains, and ligament injuries — ankle, knee, shoulder, and wrist
- Muscle tears and tendon problems — including tendinopathy and overuse injuries
- Joint pain and stiffness — hip, knee, shoulder, elbow
- Back and neck pain — disc problems, sciatica, facet joint irritation
- Post-injury recovery — return to sport, work, or daily activities
- Chronic musculoskeletal conditions — ongoing pain and movement restriction
What to expect
Your physiotherapist will carry out a thorough assessment of your injury or condition, including range of movement, strength testing, and functional assessment. We'll explain what's happening, why, and what the plan is.
Your treatment may include:
- Manual therapy: Joint mobilisations, soft tissue work, and massage techniques
- Exercise prescription: Targeted strengthening, stretching, and progressive loading
- Pain management: Advice on activity modification, ice/heat, and pacing strategies
- Functional rehabilitation: Sport-specific drills, return-to-work exercises, and balance training
- Education: Understanding your condition and what you can do to help your recovery
Evidence-based approach
Our treatment is grounded in the latest evidence and clinical guidelines. We focus on active rehabilitation — empowering you with exercises and strategies rather than passive treatments alone. Research consistently shows that early, active management leads to better outcomes for most musculoskeletal conditions.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly with us — no referral needed. If we feel you need further investigation (e.g. an X-ray or MRI), we'll advise you on next steps.
How soon after an injury should I see a physiotherapist?
The sooner the better. Early assessment and advice can speed up your recovery and help you avoid compensatory habits that could cause problems later.
Can you treat sports injuries at home?
Yes. Most sports injury rehabilitation can be effectively delivered at home. We'll bring any equipment we need and design exercises using your home environment.
